Beasley Storm Damage & Reconstruction
PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Beasley residence suffered catastrophic structural damage when a large tree fell through the home, compromising the roof, trusses, and interior throughout. This project required a full-scope restoration from emergency response through complete structural rebuild and interior reconstruction.

OUR APPROACH

After securing the property and completing a thorough structural assessment, we developed a comprehensive restoration plan that addressed the roof and truss replacement, structural framing, and full interior finishing. Our team coordinated all trades in-house — from tree removal and structural engineering through final finishes — to maintain quality control and keep the project on schedule.

EXECUTION

The project included removal of the entire damaged roof structure, replacement of all trusses, and full re-roofing of the home. Interior demolition addressed ceiling collapse and structural compromise throughout. From there, we completed new framing, drywall, insulation, and full interior finishing. The kitchen was rebuilt from the ground up with white cabinetry and marble countertops. Living areas received new flooring, paint, and trim throughout.

CONCLUSION AND RESULTS

The completed home is a full transformation — rebuilt from the roof down beyond its original condition. This project showcases Precision's ability to handle major structural damage, including full roof and truss replacement, while delivering a move-in ready home that exceeded the client's expectations.
