Allison Morgan is a Senior Estimator with Precision Restoration of Texas, serving homeowners in Spring, Houston, and surrounding areas. She specializes in estimating, documentation, restoration process guidance, and helping homeowners understand what comes next after mitigation and during repair planning.

Allison brings more than 10 years of restoration industry experience to her role. She began her career as a water mitigation administrator and quickly grew into managing a team of water mitigation administrators. From there, she expanded her knowledge into fire restoration, contents, and reconstruction, giving her a broad view of how restoration projects move from the first emergency response through repairs and completion.

Her background makes her especially valuable to homeowners who are trying to navigate repairs after mitigation. Allison understands that property damage can be frustrating, stressful, and unfamiliar. Because she has personally experienced water losses, she brings empathy and practical understanding to the way she communicates with customers. Her goal is to explain the process clearly, answer questions fully, and help homeowners feel more confident about the steps ahead.

Allison’s professional training includes IICRC WRT, FSRT, TCST, and AMRT certifications, OSHA 10 training, and Xactimate Level 1 and Level 2 training. Her estimating and documentation skills support accurate project planning, clearer communication, and a more organized restoration experience for customers and internal teams.
