Charley Rose Schwarzbach
Full Bio
Charley Rose Schwarzbach is a Co-Owner and PC/AR Coordinator serving clients across Houston and the surrounding areas through the company’s full-location operations. Her role brings together customer service, project coordination, office operations, accounts receivable support, scheduling awareness, and day-to-day team communication, helping keep restoration projects organized and moving forward.
Charley began her restoration career at a franchise restoration company more than six years ago, where she gained direct experience in project coordination and client-facing service. She later worked as a project coordinator for a construction company, where she helped manage schedules, supported project managers, and assisted the clients who came through the door looking for guidance, answers, and a dependable next step.
In her current role, Charley is often the calm, steady presence behind the scenes. She describes herself as someone who helps “mellow out the storm,” keeping tabs on the many moving parts of the company while helping the team remain positive, focused, and productive. For customers facing restoration challenges, that steady approach matters. She works to make clients feel heard, understood, and taken care of during stressful situations involving residential and commercial properties.
Charley’s communication style is sincere, patient, and honest. Customers and coworkers often compliment her for being detailed, informative, patient, understanding, and accommodating when questions arise. She values genuine communication and believes that restoration customers deserve clear information, compassion, and support from the people helping them through the process.
As a co-owner, Charley has also played an important role in the company’s growth story. Her willingness to support the business from behind the scenes, help keep the household and operations steady, and give the leadership team room to build has been part of the foundation behind the company’s progress. Her work reflects commitment, resilience, and a strong understanding that a successful restoration business depends on both field execution and the steady coordination that supports it.
Outside of work, Charley is a mom to a spirited and kind six-year-old and is passionate about fitness, health, and personal discipline. That same energy carries into her professional life, where she brings structure, care, and determination to the team and the customers they serve.
