Carlos Martinez is the Reconstruction Manager and Co-Owner of Precision Restoration of Texas, serving homeowners, property managers, commercial property owners, and businesses throughout the Greater Houston area. With more than 15 years of hands-on experience in restoration and reconstruction, Carlos helps clients recover after water damage, fire damage, storm damage, mold concerns, and other property losses with professionalism, clear communication, and quality workmanship.
Carlos began his career in the restoration industry as a mitigation technician in 2011, working directly in the field on water, fire, demolition, and emergency response projects. That early field experience shaped the way he leads today. He understands the restoration process from the ground up and stays closely involved in projects so customers are not left trying to navigate repairs, insurance-related questions, schedules, and reconstruction details on their own.
His experience includes insurance restoration and reconstruction, residential and commercial remodeling, emergency mitigation, demolition, framing, roofing, flooring, cabinetry, finish carpentry, structural repairs, and full property reconstruction. Carlos is also IICRC certified in areas including Fire Restoration, Commercial Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, Water Damage Restoration, and mitigation services.
Carlos’s approach is built around honesty, accountability, communication, and quality workmanship. Customers and teammates often recognize him for being reliable, responsive, calm under pressure, and hands-on from start to finish. He believes restoration is not only about rebuilding property; it is about helping people regain confidence, protect their investment, and move forward after a stressful situation.
Outside of work, Carlos is family-oriented and values faith, hard work, and helping others. His journey from field technician to business owner continues to influence his leadership style and his commitment to treating customers and teammates with respect, honesty, and compassion.
