Frank Reed is a Co-Owner associated with Precision Restoration of Texas, Lonestar Flooring & Cabinets, and Precision Lock & Key of Texas, serving clients throughout the Greater Houston area. As a business owner, community leader, and disaster recovery professional, Frank helps property owners, business leaders, churches, schools, nonprofits, and community organizations bring order to difficult situations, solve complex problems, and move forward with confidence.

Frank’s professional background includes more than 20 years of experience in sales leadership, business development, customer success, operational management, disaster recovery, property restoration, construction services, emergency preparedness, nonprofit leadership, and community engagement. He has led teams ranging from small organizations to large multi-market operations and has worked with homeowners, commercial property owners, facility managers, community leaders, and organizational decision-makers throughout Texas.

Frank’s work is centered on helping people reduce stress, make informed decisions, and find practical solutions during challenging circumstances. Whether a client is dealing with a property emergency, planning for business continuity, improving a facility, managing a complex project, or building community partnerships, Frank is often the person people call when they need a trusted resource who can assess the situation, connect the right people, and develop a clear path forward.

His training and credentials include Texas mold remediation licensing, IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician training, OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification, FEMA training in advanced social media strategy, effective emergency communication, and diversity awareness during disaster, Department of Homeland Security active shooter response training, American Red Cross Adult First Aid, CPR, and AED certification, TWIC, Port Houston Escort Credential, and Texas License to Carry.

He currently serves as Board President of Police Activities League and as a Board Director with Compassion for Community, and he is the Founder of Tykes Need Bikes.

Outside of work, Frank is a husband, father, business owner, and active community volunteer who enjoys supporting local nonprofits, serving with his church, attending community events, and spending time with family and friends. His personal and professional mission is rooted in helping people, building relationships, and creating a positive impact throughout the Greater Houston community.
