Race Schwarzbach

Race Schwarzbach is the Owner and General Manager of Precision Restoration of Texas, serving homeowners, property managers, commercial property owners, multifamily communities, hotels, healthcare facilities, and businesses throughout the Greater Houston area. He helps clients navigate property damage, construction projects, reconstruction, remodeling, and complex insurance-related situations with a focus on integrity, clear communication, and doing what is right for the customer.

Race began his professional path in the United States Air Force, where he developed the discipline, accountability, service mindset, and leadership skills that continue to guide his work today. After military service, he entered the insurance industry and spent years helping clients understand coverage, claims, and risk management. That experience naturally led him into restoration, where he found a meaningful opportunity to help people recover from property disasters and move through stressful situations with confidence.

As Owner and GM of Precision Restoration of Texas, Race oversees work involving water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, storm damage, microbial remediation, mitigation, reconstruction, remodeling, general contracting, insurance documentation, and large loss project management. His background in insurance, restoration, business management, and leadership gives him a broad perspective on the needs of property owners, contractors, insurance carriers, adjusters, facility managers, and other stakeholders.

Race’s leadership philosophy is simple: people come before profits. He believes that when a company takes care of its team, invests in people, and builds a strong culture, employees are better equipped to take excellent care of customers. His approach is grounded in integrity, accountability, service, respect, and continuous improvement.

Customers and coworkers often recognize Race for honesty, communication, follow-through, and a willingness to help. He works to listen first, explain things clearly, and lead by example. Outside of work, Race is a husband, father, Air Force veteran, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner, strength training enthusiast, disc golfer, and youth sports coach who enjoys helping young athletes build confidence, character, teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.
