Martin Schwarzbach

Martin Schwarzbach is an Owner of Precision Restoration of Texas, serving homeowners, business owners, property managers, and organizations throughout Houston and the surrounding area. With a professional background spanning business ownership, insurance, sales, technical trades, restoration, and customer service, Martin helps clients recover from water damage, fire damage, storm damage, and other property losses with clarity, honesty, and steady guidance.

Before entering the restoration industry, Martin owned and operated a successful Allstate insurance agency, where he helped clients understand risk, coverage, and claims-related issues. After selling the agency, he joined the restoration industry at the encouragement of his son, Race, who recognized how naturally Martin’s insurance knowledge, customer service experience, and desire to help people would translate to property damage recovery. Today, Martin combines restoration expertise with insurance insight to help customers better understand coverage questions, avoid common claim pitfalls, coordinate repairs, and make informed decisions throughout the restoration process.

Martin is a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation licensed Mold Remediation Contractor, a licensed Texas insurance agent, and holds IICRC training including Water Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying, and Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician. His background also includes business operations, leadership, customer relations, and technical trades, including prior FAA Airframe and Powerplant mechanic certification.

Martin’s approach is grounded in honesty, empathy, accountability, service, and respect. Customers and colleagues often describe him as genuine, honest, easy to talk to, and able to explain difficult situations in a way that helps people feel comfortable and informed. He believes trust is earned through transparency, responsiveness, and doing what you say you will do.

Outside of work, Martin enjoys spending time with his wife and grandchildren, taking day trips and vacations, and playing golf with more enthusiasm than talent. He is also active in Greater Houston community service, including board service with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Police Activities League and Tykes Need Bikes.
